Séverine Frerson is the deputy cellar master at Piper-Heidsieck. Séverine studied oenology at the University of Reims before joining the Comité Champagne in 1997. 2002 joined Piper-Heidsieck, where within a few years was promoted to head of winemaking for Piper and Charles Heidsieck, followed in March 2016, to the position of deputy cellar master alongside Régis Camus, the celebrated cellar master of the house: - please enjoy this short video...
