The name of this wine ‘Trilliant’ is in reference to a particular cut of diamond - and a trilliant can be seen on the new Pask logo, which was updated earlier this year. The shield icon communicates three elements - combining the Pask Winery initials, the stones from the Gimblett Gravels, and the trilliant diamond cut, representing the jewel in the crown - their unique vineyards. Kate has only blended 375 cases of this particular vintage.
